• You may reschedule your booking only once, and the request must be made at least 7 days in advance of the original booking date.
• Rescheduling is only allowed for the same charter type/service.
• New booking dates must align with real-time availability, rates, and restrictions.
• No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the booking without a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Responsibilities of Customers

• Customers must provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the designated departure point.
• Customers must comply with all safety regulations and instructions from trip operators.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the trip.
